Abstract:
A light control sheet 10 comprises a light control layer 13, and two transparent electrode sheets 11, 12 sandwiching the light control layer 13. The two transparent electrode sheets 11, 12 include transparent base films 11A, 12A, and transparent electrode layers 11B, 12B which are non-metal conductive layers supported on the transparent base films 11A, 12A. The two transparent base films 11A, 12A are multilayer interference films in which a plurality of non-metal layers 1A1, 1A2 are stacked such that the refractive index difference between the mutually adjacent non-metal layers 1A1, 1A2 causes the average reflectance of the infrared wavelength region to be 30% or greater, and causes the average reflectance of a region of longer wavelength than the infrared wavelength region to be 20% or less. Due to this configuration, the light control sheet 10 can both block electromagnetic waves in the infrared wavelength region, and transmit electromagnetic waves in a wavelength region longer than the infrared wavelength region.
