According to the present invention, the performance of an optical reflection element is improved. This light control system (10) has an optical reflection element (100) and a control device (20). The optical reflection element (100) has a reflection body, and a first swinging part (210) and a second swinging part (220) that are positioned at positions sandwiching the reflection body. Each of the first swinging part (210) and the second swinging part (220) has a first connection body linked to the reflection body, a first oscillation body and a second oscillation body that are both linked to the first connection body, a first drive body that actuates the first connection body via the first oscillation body, a second drive body that actuates the first connection body via the second oscillation body, and a second connection body that connects the first and second oscillation bodies to a base body. The control device (20): causes the first and second drive bodies of the first swinging part (210) to oscillate in the same phase; and causes the first and second drive bodies of the second swinging part (220) to oscillate in the same phase, this phase being opposite the phase of the first swinging part (210).
