Abstract:
Provided is a light controlling layered body (1) for controlling light projected from a light source. This light controlling layered body (1) is provided with: a substrate (2) positioned to face the light source; a film (4) that comprises a resin with a base similar to that of the substrate (2), and is layered on the substrate (2); and a selective light-shielding unit (3) positioned between the substrate (2) and the film (4).
