Abstract:

A light curable composition, which comprises (A) oxide particles of al least one element selected from the group consisting of silicon, aluminum, zirconium, titanium, zinc, germanium, indium, tin, antimony and cerium, (B) a polymer containing a hydroxyl group and having a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 or more and (C) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate. The light curable composition has excellent applicability and is capable of forming a coating film which exhibits a high hardness and a high refractive index and also is excellent in the resistance to scuffing and in transparency.
