Abstract:
The present invention achieves size reduction. This light detecting device comprises: a semiconductor layer that has a pixel formation region and a peripheral region disposed on the outside of the pixel formation region; a separation region provided on the pixel formation region of the semiconductor layer and including a first conductor that extends in the thickness direction of the semiconductor layer; and a second conductor that is provided on the peripheral region of the semiconductor layer, extends in the thickness direction of the semiconductor layer, and is formed on the same layer as the first conductor.
