Abstract:
A light emission device (10) is provided with: a substrate (11); a plurality of LEDs (12) arranged upon a main surface of the substrate (11) in annular-shaped lines; a seal member (13) which is annularly formed along the array of the plurality of LEDs (12), and which seals the plurality of LEDs (12); and an electric power supply unit (14) which is provided upon the main surface of the substrate (11), and which is electrically connected to the plurality of LEDs (12). The electric power supply unit (14) is provided to an internal area, i.e. an area inside the annular seal member (13).
