Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a light-emitting device, a manufacturing method therefor, a display substrate and a display apparatus. The light-emitting device comprises a first electrode and a second electrode which are opposite to each other, and a light-emitting layer and an electron transport layer which are arranged therebetween, the electron transport layer being located between the first electrode and the light-emitting layer. The material of the electron transport layer comprises a first metal oxide. The light-emitting device further comprises an insertion layer arranged on one side of the electron transport layer, the insertion layer comprising a second metal element. The second metal element in the insertion layer may exist in the form of being chemically bonded to the first metal oxide and in the form of a metal simple substance. The content of the second metal element existing in the form of the metal simple substance is greater than the content of the second metal element existing in the form of chemical bonding, and the activity of the second metal element is greater than that of the metal element in the first metal oxide.
