Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a light-emitting device and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display substrate and a display apparatus. The light-emitting device comprises: a first electrode, a second electrode, a light-emitting layer, a first carrier transport layer and a second carrier transport layer, wherein the light-emitting layer is located between the first electrode and the second electrode, the first carrier transport layer is located between the first electrode and the light-emitting layer, the second carrier transport layer is located between the second electrode and the light-emitting layer, and the rate at which the first carrier transport layer injects a first carrier into the light-emitting layer is greater than the rate at which the second carrier transport layer injects a second carrier into the light-emitting layer. The light-emitting device further comprises an interface layer, which is located on the side of the light-emitting layer close to the second carrier transport layer, wherein the material of the interface layer comprises a first material; under a preset condition, the first material in the interface layer may react with the first carrier, and an energy level of the first material may change; and the transport rate of the first carrier in the interface layer is less than the transport rate of the first carrier in the first carrier transport layer.
