Abstract:
The present application discloses a light-emitting device, a preparation method therefor, and a display apparatus. A first and a second passivation protection function layer are disposed between a first electrode and a light-emitting layer and between a second electrode and the light-emitting layer, and laser damage thresholds of the first and the second passivation protection function layers are both greater than a laser damage threshold of the light-emitting layer. In this way, both sides of the light-emitting layer can be protected against light, thereby increasing the laser damage threshold of the light-emitting device and service life of the light-emitting layer.
