Abstract:
The present invention, for example, increases the effective emission area of a light-emitting unit as much as possible. In this light-emitting device, a unit structure is formed of a plurality of light emission units. Each of the light emission units comprises: a first structure including a first multilayer reflective mirror; a second structure including a second multilayer reflective mirror; and an active layer disposed between the first structure and the second structure. The light-emitting device comprises: first electrodes that are electrically connected between the first structures of different light emission units; and second electrodes that are electrically connected between the second structures of different light emission units. There is one combination of the first electrodes and the second electrodes that are connected to a prescribed light emission unit in a prescribed unit structure.
