Abstract:

A light emitting device (1) is provided with: a housing (75); a light source disposed in the housing (75); and a glass fiber cloth sheet (65) including woven fabric woven with glass fiber, and a translucent resin portion covering at least a first surface of the woven fabric. The glass fiber cloth sheet (65) includes an emission surface (65a) through which light from the light source is emitted. The resin portion may cover only the first surface of the woven fabric, or may include a part covering a second surface of the woven fabric in addition to the part covering the first surface.
