Abstract:
Provided are a light-emitting diode chip, a growth substrate and an LED chip transfer apparatus. The light-emitting diode chip (10) comprises: a chip main body (100), wherein an electrode (104) is arranged at one side of the chip main body (100); and a non-conductive magnetic planarization layer (102) arranged at the side of the chip main body (100) that is provided with the electrode (104), with the electrode (104) being exposed from the magnetic planarization layer (102). The magnetic planarization layer (102) is configured to allow same to be attracted under the action of a magnetic attraction force generated by an external transfer apparatus (40), such that the light-emitting diode chip (10) is attracted by the external transfer apparatus (40). By means of this method, the light-emitting diode chip (10) can be fixed via a magnetic attraction force during laser lift-off.
