Abstract:
A light-emitting diode module and a display device comprising same are disclosed. An embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise: a substrate; a plurality of light-emitting diodes mounted on the substrate; an adhesive layer interposed between the substrate and the plurality of light-emitting diodes; and bonding wires electrically connecting the plurality of light-emitting diodes to each other, wherein the substrate includes an outer electrode in at least a partial region thereof, and the adhesive layer comprises a non-conductive material.
