Abstract:
A light-emitting element according an embodiment comprises: a first LED stacked layer; a second LED stacked layer located below the first LED stacked layer; a third LED stacked layer located below the second LED stacked layer; and a plurality of fillers disposed adjacent to side surfaces of the first, second, and third LED stacked layers, wherein the plurality of fillers comprise: a first filler commonly electrically connected to the first, second, and third LED stacked layers; and second, third, and fourth fillers respectively electrically connected to the first, second, and third LED stacked layers.
