Abstract:
A light emitting element, a manufacturing method therefor and a display device are disclosed. A light emitting element comprises: a semiconductor core of which at least a partial region extends in one direction, and which includes a first end, a second end, and a main body part between the first end and the second end; a first electrode layer disposed to encompass the second end of the semiconductor core; a second electrode layer disposed to encompass at least the first end of the semiconductor core, and spaced apart from the first electrode layer; and an insulation layer disposed to encompass the semiconductor core, the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, wherein the second end of the semiconductor core has a diameter smaller than that of the main body part.
