Abstract:
A light-emitting device is disclosed. The light-emitting device comprises: a first window layer supplying electrons; a second window layer supplying holes; an active layer disposed between the first window layer and the second window layer; an electron control layer disposed between the first window layer and the active layer; a hole control layer disposed between the second window layer and the active layer; and an intermediate layer disposed between the second window layer and the hole control layer, wherein the upper and lower boundaries of the intermediate layer have different degrees of roughness.
