Abstract:
A light-emitting substrate, comprising a substrate and a first light-emitting device. The first light-emitting device comprises: a first electrode, a first functional layer, a first light-emitting pattern, and a second electrode which are sequentially provided in the direction moving away from the substrate, the first functional layer being in contact with the first light-emitting pattern. The first light-emitting pattern comprises a first light-emitting material, and the first light-emitting material comprises first light-emitting particles and a first ligand bonded to the first light-emitting particles. The first functional layer comprises a first functional material, and the first functional material comprises first functional particles and a second ligand bonded to the first functional particles; and the development characteristics of the first ligand and the second ligand are the same. During development, a small number of first functional particles remain in a region of the light-emitting substrate other than the first light-emitting device. A small number of first functional particles remain on other light-emitting devices, such that the problem of color mixing does not occur, and the problem that the first light-emitting material remains on the light-emitting substrate is not prone to occurring.
