Abstract:
This light guide member has an axis parallel to a predetermined direction and has a first end face that allows the entry of light, a second end face on the opposite side from the first end face, and a side face that connects the first end face and the second end face along the predetermined direction. The first end face has a central region including the axis, and an outer peripheral region surrounding the central region. The central region is formed with a recess toward the second end face, or a protrusion protruding from the first end face. The recess or the protrusion is formed with an inclined surface that approaches the axis from the peripheral edge of the protrusion or the recess in the radial direction about the axis with an increase in distance from the first end face along the axis. The light is incident on the central region and the outer peripheral region.
