Abstract:

Provided is a light intensity measurement value correction method, comprising: emitting detection light into a measurement object; measuring a light intensity measurement value at a measurement position, and measuring a light intensity at a benchmark position of photons whose sensitivity to a specific substance concentration change in the measurement object is less than or equal to a preset threshold value as a light intensity reference value, the change rate of the light intensity at the measurement position with the specific substance concentration in the measurement object being greater than the change rate of the light intensity at the benchmark position with the specific substance concentration; using the light intensity reference value to correct the light intensity measurement value. Also provided is a concentration measurement apparatus which applies the method.
