Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a light-receiving device, a control method, and a distance measuring system which make it possible to suppress the effects of incident light other than measurement light. [Solution] The present disclosure provides a light-receiving device comprising: a pixel array unit that has a measurement pixel which is used for measuring the distance to a target and a plurality of phase difference pixels which form a pair for performing pupil division of incident light from the target and detecting a phase difference; a first distance measurement unit that generates a first distance value to the target on the basis of information which relates to the difference between the timing of reception of a photon by the measurement pixel and a prescribed time; and a second distance measurement unit that generates a second distance value to the target on the basis of information which corresponds to the number of photons incident on each of the plurality of phase difference pixels.
