Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a light-receiving element (102) that is formed on the main surface of a substrate (101); a light incidence surface (106) that is formed at a lateral section of the substrate (101) so as to have an acute angle or an obtuse angle with respect to a plane of the substrate, and that comprises an inclined surface that forms one plane; and a lens (107) that focuses light which enters the light-receiving element (102). The lens (107) is disposed at a location where the light which has entered from the light incidence surface (106) is reflected at the rear surface side of the substrate (101).
