Abstract:
This light scanning system includes a mirror device, a magnet, a temperature sensor, and a computing unit. The computing unit generates a first current signal and a second current signal on the basis of first data, second data, and third data. The first data is for correcting a change in a deflection angle of a mirror that occurs in response to a first target deflection angle and first target frequency, a second target deflection angle and second target frequency, a working temperature, and changes in the frequencies of current signals inputted to each of a first drive coil and a second drive coil. The second data is for correcting at least one of a deviation of the mirror from a Y-axis when the mirror oscillates about a first axis as the center axis and a deviation of the mirror from an X-axis when the mirror oscillates about a second axis as the center axis. The third data is for correcting a change of the deflection angle of the mirror that occurs in response to a change in the working temperature.
