Provided is a light-shielding film having a first surface and a second surface located opposite the first surface. The light-shielding film comprises a resin, carbon black, and a type 1 graphite filler, and in a longitudinal cross-section, the longitudinal direction of the type 1 graphite filler extends along at least one surface from among the first surface and the second surface.
