Abstract:
Provided is a light source device which can improve manufacturing yield. This light source device comprises: a light source; a collimator (140) arranged opposite to the light source and comprising a reflection part (142) that adjusts the focal length of light incident to the collimator (140) from the light source; and a light guide body arranged on an emission side of the collimator (140). The reflection part (142) of the collimator (140) comprises a normal focal area (142a) which converts the light emitted from the light source and incident to the collimator (140) into approximately parallel light, a long focal area (142c) which converts the light incident to the collimator (142) into light which is slightly diffuse in comparison to the approximately parallel light, and a short focal area (142b) which converts the light incident to the collimator (140) into light that slightly converges in comparison to parallel light.
