Abstract:
An electronic device according to an embodiment may include an image sensor. The electronic device may include a memory and a processor. The memory of the electronic device may include an instruction for causing the processor to receive a single input image from the image sensor. The memory may include an instruction for causing the processor to recognize a light source object by performing segmentation for the single input image. The memory may include an instruction for causing the processor to generate multi-level images having different exposure levels on the basis of the single input image. The memory may include an instruction for causing the processor to compare a reference brightness value with a brightness value of the light source object for each of the multi-level images and calculate a synthesis weight. The memory may include instructions for causing the processor to synthesize the multi-images and the single input image on the basis of the synthesis weight to generate a high dynamic range (HDR) image having an enhanced dynamic range of the light source object.
