A light source system (100, 600) and a lighting apparatus, the light source system (100, 600) comprising a light emitting module (110, 610), a wavelength conversion device (140, 240, 340, 440, 640) and a compensation device (150, 650); the light emitting module (110, 610) is used for emitting a first light along a first light path (L1) and a second light along a second light path (L2); the wavelength conversion device (140, 240, 340, 440, 640) is used for receiving the first light to emit a stimulated light which has a color different from that of the first light; the compensation device (150, 650) is used for guiding the second light and adjusting a luminous intensity distribution of the second light, and the second light emitted from the compensation device (150, 650) and the stimulated light have substantially the same luminous intensity distribution; the stimulated light and the second light emitted from the compensation device (150, 650) are integrated to generate a third light emitted from the light source system (100, 600), and the first light and the second light in the third light have substantially the same luminous intensity distribution, and illumination light spots have uniform color.
