A light stylus. The light stylus comprises a light pen body provided with an accommodating space, a touch light source arranged in the accommodating space, and a light-transmitting sheet arranged on the light pen body, wherein the touch light source projects a light beam to the light-transmitting sheet; and the light stylus further comprises a light-emergent adjustment component mounted and arranged between the touch light source and the light-transmitting sheet, wherein the light-emergent adjustment component adjusts the size of the light-emergent area, via the light-transmitting sheet, of the light beam according to the magnitude of pressure on the light-transmitting sheet. A projection system, comprising a screen, an image acquisition and processing system, and a light stylus, wherein the light stylus comprises a light-emergent adjustment component; a contact force is generated between the light stylus and the screen; the light-emergent adjustment component adjusts the light-emergent area of a light beam under the action of the contact force; and the image acquisition and processing system acquires the light-emergent area and generates a touch instruction according to the light-emergent area. Compared with the prior art, the light stylus of the present solution helps to adjust a light-emergent area, and the projection system of the present solution has high touch reliability.
