This light-emitting cosmetic structure is provided with a light-transmissive cosmetic material (A) made of a laminate (11) including: a veneer layer (1) made of a thin light-transmissive veneer of WPC-treated wood impregnated with resin; a masking layer (5) disposed on the back side of the veneer layer (1); and light-transmissive color pattern layer (6) on which a color pattern (7) is formed, the color pattern layer being disposed on the back side of the masking layer (5). The masking layer (5) masks the color pattern (7) of the color pattern layer (6) from the front surface of the laminate (11) when a light source (41) provides no light from the back side of the laminate (11), and is light-transmissive to the extent that the color pattern (7) is made to appear on the surface of the laminate (11) when the light source (41) provides light. The color pattern (7) is made to appear on the front surface side by the light of the light source (41).
