Abstract:
This light transmitting electrically conductive film 10 comprises, in order in the thickness direction, a resin layer 11 and a light-transmitting electrically conductive layer 1. The light-transmitting electrically conductive layer 1 has a first principal surface 2, and a second principal surface 3 that is disposed facing one thickness-direction side of the first principal surface 2 with space interposed therebetween. The first principal surface 1 or the second principal surface 3 makes contact with the resin layer 11. The light-transmitting electrically conductive layer 1 has a single layer that extends in the surface direction. The light-transmitting electrically conductive layer 1 includes an electrically conductive oxide. The electrically conductive oxide contains argon, and a rare gas having an atomic number greater than that of argon.
