A lighting apparatus (100) according to the present application comprises: a main body (10) having a suspension portion at the upper center and having an open lower portion; a power source device (20) arranged at the central portion inside the opening of the main body (10); a reflector (30) arranged to cover the entire opening of the main body (10); an annular radiator (40) arranged at the lower peripheral portion of the reflector (30); a substrate (50) arranged at the lower portion of the radiator (40); a plurality of LED elements (51) arranged on the lower surface of the substrate (50); and an annular diffusion cover (60) arranged at the lower portion of the substrate (50) to cover the LED elements (51). The reflector (30) includes: a central portion (31) formed projecting downward; an insulating holding portion (32) located on the outer periphery side of the central portion (31) and kept at a constant distance from the lower end of the main body (10); and a projection portion (33) located on the outer periphery side of the insulating holding portion (32) projecting toward the main body (10). The main body (10) and the projection portion (33) of the reflector (30) are anchored by a fixing means.
