Disclosed are a lighting device and a lighting system including same. The lighting device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a bar-type substrate on which at least one lighting means is formed; a non-flexible first coupling housing which comprises a first mounting groove formed in a groove shape, one end portion of the substrate being inserted from one end of the groove and mounted to the groove, and an open region formed to be open at the other end portion thereof opposite to the one end from which the one end portion of the substrate is inserted; a non-flexible second coupling housing which comprises a second mounting groove formed in a groove shape, the other end portion of the substrate being inserted from one end of the groove and mounted to the groove, and an exposed region formed in a shape of matching the open region outside the second mounting groove toward the other end opposite to the one end from which the other end portion of the substrate is inserted; and a non-flexible cover part covering the substrate, the first coupling housing, and the second mounting groove and allowing light emitted by the lighting means to pass through at least one side thereof.
