Abstract:
In order to improve the design properties of lighting devices, this lighting device (100) is provided with: side-wall light-transmissive glass pieces (2-5) which are arranged on the optical path of light emitted from a light source (6) and which, on part of or on the entirety thereof, include a light-transmissive battery (7) that drives the light source (6); and a bottom-surface light-transmissive glass piece (1) which includes a transparent conductive film. The light-transmissive battery (7) contacts a pair of transparent conductive film layers, and the pair of transparent conductive film layers are connected to the light source (6). Further, the pair of transparent conductive films are formed inside of a pair of straight parallel grooves (9a, 9b), which are formed in the surface of the bottom-surface light-transmissive glass piece (1), and a flat-plate-shape positive electrode tab (8a) and negative electrode tab (8b) of the light-transmissive battery (7) are fitted in the pair of grooves (9a, 9b), respectively.
