Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to realize a lighting device that is thin and that can change the light emission direction. To achieve the foregoing, the present invention adopts the following configuration. This lighting device comprises: a light guide plate (10) having a first side surface that extends in a first direction; and LEDs 40 on the first side surface, the lighting device being characterized in that: the light guide plate (10) has a first region (11) that extends in a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction, and a second region (12) that extends in the second direction and is adjacent to the first region; at least one of the LEDs (40) is disposed on the first side surface of the first region (11); at least one of the LEDs (40) is disposed on the first side surface of the second region; a first prism array is formed on the bottom surface of the first region (11); a second prism array is formed on the bottom surface of the second region (12); and the prism height of the second prism array is greater than the prism height of the first prism array.
