Abstract:
A lighting device (2) is capable of illuminating light in all directions and comprises: a housing (5) formed of a plurality of wall parts (5c) having polygonal faces (50); a plurality of light emitting elements (11a) that are provided on the plurality of wall parts (5c) and that emit light toward the outside of the lighting device (2); and a control unit (12) that individually controls the plurality of light emitting elements (11a). The housing (5) has a spherical or polyhedral outer shape. The housing (5) has bends (5e) that are bent in a folded state in the outer shape of the housing (5). The bends (5e) form three or more edges of the outer shape of the housing (5).
