Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a light-emitting driving unit (110) connected to an AC power line having a live wire (L) and a neutral wire (N) so as to apply a voltage for driving a lighting unit (120); the lighting unit (120) which is connected to the light-emitting driving unit (110) and which is turned on or off; a neutral wire voltage detection unit (131) for detecting "a fine neutral wire AC voltage" applied between the neutral wire (N) and a ground (FG) when a lighting switch (SW) is turned off; a control unit (160), which is connected to the neutral wire voltage detection unit (131) so as to read a voltage of the neutral wire voltage detection unit (131), and which controls the power supplied from an emergency battery (180) to the lighting unit (120) according to whether the voltage of the neutral wire voltage detection unit (131) is present; and the emergency battery (180) for supplying emergency power to the lighting unit (120) during a power failure or a disconnection of an AC power supply.
