Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a lighting unit having a simple structure, capable of supporting both high-precision three-dimensional measurement at a short distance and measurement at a long distance, and having a small optical loss. [Solution] The lighting unit comprises a light source unit 2 composed of a single or a plurality of light sources 20, and a lighting lens 3A that has a microlens array structure 4 in which a plurality of microlenses 40 converting light from the light source 20 into substantially parallel light is arranged on an incident surface 30 and that emits a light beam L0 from the light source unit 2 as a plurality of discontinuous spot-shaped light beams L1 through the microlens array structure 4.
