Abstract:
Disclosed are a lightweight variable frequency flexible cable for a ship and a marine platform, and a manufacturing method therefor. The cable contains main insulated wire cores, a neutral wire core, a shielding layer, an armor layer and an outer sheath, wherein there are three main insulated wire cores, and the cross-sections thereof have a 120 degree tile shape; the three main insulated wire cores form a complete annular sleeve arranged on the outer side of the neutral wire core; and the shielding layer, the armor layer and the outer sheath are sequentially arranged on the outer sides of the main insulated wire cores from inside to outside in a sleeving manner. According to the present invention, the structure that the tile-shaped main insulated wire cores surround the outer side of the circular neutral wire core is used; such a structure has no gap among parts, and furthermore, the inner sides and two sides of the tile-shaped main insulated wire cores are mutually tightly abutted, and the outer sides are covered, such that the four directions are completely limited; the structure is stable and not prone to positional deviation, and the stable symmetry of the cable can be thus ensured when the cable is bent and twisted.
