Abstract:
A lightweight volleyball, comprising a spherical liner (1), a chemical fiber fabric (2) and a plurality of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) arc sheets (3); the chemical fiber fabric (2) is cladded on the spherical liner (1); the plurality of EVA arc sheets (3) are spliced into a sphere and cladded on the chemical fiber fabric (2); the EVA arc sheet (3) comprises: a first EVA circular segment arc sheet (31), an EVA strip arc sheet (32) and a second EVA circular segment arc sheet (33); one side arc edge of the first EVA circular segment arc sheet (31) is connected to one side arc edge of the EVA strip arc sheet (32), and one side arc edge of the second EVA circular segment arc sheet (33) is connected to the other side arc edge of the EVA strip arc sheet (32).
