Abstract:
A limiting structure for a mechanical arm, and a mechanical arm, comprising a support frame assembly, a roll-over frame assembly provided in the middle of the support frame assembly, and a limiting assembly provided on the roll-over frame assembly. The support frame assembly consists of a support frame (1) and a control center (2) provided on a side of the support frame (1). The roll-over frame assembly consists of a roll-over frame (3), a rotating shaft (4), and driving assemblies (5). The limiting assembly consists of upper and lower end limiting assemblies (6) and side limiting electric cylinders (7). With respect to parts to be machined of the same batch, limiting parameters only need to be set once, and therefore, an accumulative error generated is small, the machining precision is improved, and the interchangeability of parts of the same batch is improved; with respect to large-sized parts needing to rotate for machining, driving motors (501) are driven to enable driving gears (502) to be in engaged transmission with gear teeth (104), so that a workpiece on the roll-over frame (3) can be rolled over about a middle rotating shaft hole I (102), thereby improving the positioning accuracy.
