Abstract:
The present invention reduces the space occupied by a subline (3) in a line carrying system (100). The present invention is provided with: a main line (2) on which workpieces (e) are transferred; and an actuation member (5) which gets actuated upon passage of a workpiece (e). The subline (3), on which trays (t) are transferred, has a multi-row subline part (10) in which trays (t) are arrayed in a prescribed number of rows and which sends out, through a prescribed number of operations of the actuation member (5), one tray (t) each from the respective rows at once to a direction changing part (30). Meanwhile, the direction changing part (30) sends out the received trays (t) in a single line to a single-row subline part (50). The single-row subline part (50) in turn sends out the trays (t) one at a time to the downstream side.
