Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a linear brake control method and apparatus applied to a competition-level remote-controlled model vehicle. The method comprises: a user sending a remote control instruction to an electric-motor control module of a model vehicle by means of a remote controller, wherein the remote control instruction comprises a brake instruction, and the brake instruction comprises the current accelerator value; when the remote control instruction is the brake instruction, the electric-motor control module selecting a corresponding brake algorithm according to the current rotation speed of a brushless electric motor; if the current rotation speed of the brushless electric motor is greater than a first threshold value, selecting an FOC brake control algorithm according to the received remote control instruction so as to control a brake current of the brushless electric motor; if the current rotation speed of the brushless electric motor is less than or equal to the first threshold value, switching to a PWM-control-based brake algorithm according to the received remote control instruction so as to control the brake current of the brushless electric motor; and the brushless electric motor controlling a brake torque of a brake transmission system according to the brake current. In the application, compared with the prior art, different brake control algorithms are selected on the basis of different rotation speeds of an electric motor, and linear braking is achieved by using an FOC control algorithm.
