Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a linear-motion electromagnetic mechanism (100), a relay (1000), a power distribution box (2000), and a communication device. In the linear-motion electromagnetic mechanism (100), a first double-pole magnetization permanent magnet (120) and a second double-pole magnetization permanent magnet (130) are respectively arranged on two opposite inner walls of a frame-shaped portion (110a) of a yoke (110), and a first parallel magnetic field (129) and a second parallel magnetic field (139) having opposite directions are formed between the first double-pole magnetization permanent magnet (120) and the second double-pole magnetization permanent magnet (130). Two semi-circular portions of an electrified coil (142) receive ampere forces in a same direction, the coil (142) drives a movable frame (141) to translate, and the coil (142) is bidirectionally electrified to cause the movable frame (141) to move bidirectionally, so as to achieve switching work of the relay (1000). A first movable iron core (143) and a second movable iron core (144) are used for forming a holding force for the movable frame (141) when the movable frame (141) is located at a closed position or an open position, so as to limit the position of the movable frame (141). The linear-motion electromagnetic mechanism (100) provides a bipolar magnetic field by one magnetic cavity, the electrified coil (142) receives an ampere force in the bipolar magnetic field to drive the movable frame (141) to translate, fewer parts are used, and the thickness of the overall structure is smaller.
