Abstract:

A linear motor system (10) is provided with: a stator (16) including first to tenth coils (20a) to (20j); a movable element (18) including a permanent magnet (24); a switching unit (36) for switching at least one coil to be supplied with electricity; and first to tenth amplifiers (30a) to (30j) provided corresponding to the first to tenth coils (20a) to (20j). For one or more amplifiers which, immediately after the switching, will newly become one or more amplifiers for supplying electricity, if the difference between a command position at a time t=t0 and the command position at a time t=t0-td is a difference A, and the difference between an actual position at time t=t0 and the actual position at time t=t0-td is a difference B, a position deviation Δθ(t0) at time t=t0 is calculated by Δθ(t0)=Δθ(t0-td)+A-B, and upon becoming amplifiers for suppling electricity, the one or more amplifiers use the position deviation Δθ(t0) to supply electricity to the one or more coils to be supplied with electricity.
