Abstract:

A linear motor (10), comprising a sliding mechanism (13) having a base (131) and a sliding seat (132), and a primary mechanism (11) and a secondary mechanism (12) provided on the sliding mechanism (13) at an interval. The secondary mechanism (12) has a long axis provided along a moving direction of the sliding seat (132) and a short axis provided perpendicular to the long axis. The primary mechanism (11) at least comprises a first primary unit (111) and a second primary unit (112) arranged along the moving direction of the sliding seat (132). The first primary unit (111) has first tooth grooves (1111a). The lengthwise extension direction of the openings of the first tooth grooves (1111a) inclines, by a first angle, from the extension direction of the short axis to the moving direction of the sliding seat (132). The second primary unit (112) has second tooth grooves (1121a). The lengthwise extension direction of the openings of the second tooth grooves (1121a) inclines, by a second angle, from the extension direction of the short axis to a direction away from the moving direction of the sliding seat (132). The technical solution solves the technical problem of an effect on motor performance caused by a bending moment generated between a rotor and a stator of a motor due to the inclination of the primary mechanism (11) of the linear motor (10).
