Abstract:
According to the present invention, there is obtained a linear transfer device having a plurality of heat-dissipating fins provided between an amplifier unit and guide rails on the top surfaces of chassis, the linear transfer device being capable of efficiently capturing the traveling airflow generated when a mover travels to cool the chassis and reduce a temperature rise in a stator and the amplifier unit due to heat. A linear transfer device (100) comprises: a plurality of chassis (10) arranged adjacent to one another; an amplifier unit (20) which is provided to the plurality of chassis (10) and which includes at least one or more elements (21), a circuit board (22), and a protective cover (23); a stator (30) which is provided on the opposite side of the chassis (10) across from the amplifier unit (20) and which comprises a stator core (31) with a plurality of teeth (32), and a coil (33) wound around the teeth (32); a pair of guide rails (40) provided to sandwich the stator (30) in the vertical direction; a mover (50) which includes a permanent magnet (51) provided on the opposite side of the stator (30) across from the chassis (10), which is connected to the pair of guide rails (40), and which travels along the guide rails (40); and a plurality of heat-dissipating fins (70) provided between the amplifier unit (20) and the guide rails (40) on the top surfaces of the chassis (10).
