Abstract:
A linear-type injection-blowing-filling-sealing integrated plastic bottle packaging apparatus is disclosed in the present invention. An injection molding module, a preform body preheating module, a blowing module, a filling module and a sealing module are sequentially arranged in a linear direction. Materials in a row undergo injection molding by means of the injection molding module, then are translated by means of a transfer mechanism to sequentially undergo preheating, blowing, filling and sealing, and then are outputted so that the manufacturing of whole products is completed. All of the manufacturing process, conveying process and driving mode for plastic bottles are simple and unitary, and the transfer mechanism only needs a reciprocating translation action. In addition, the plastic bottles in a row are clamped by a filling clamping assembly at a filling station, so that the stability of the plastic bottles during a filling operation is ensured; the plastic bottles in a row are filled with a solid material by means of a filling system, thereby effectively increasing filling efficiency.
