Abstract:
A linear vibration motor (100), comprising a base (1) having an accommodation space (10), a vibration unit (2) provided in the accommodation space (10), an elastic member (3) hanging the vibration unit (2) in the accommodation space (10), and a coil assembly (4) fixed to the base (1) and driving the vibration unit (2) to vibrate. The vibration unit (2) comprises a mass (21) having a through hole (210), a pole core (22) accommodated in the through hole (210), and steel magnets (23) fixed on opposite sides of the pole core (22). The pole core (22) comprises first side walls (221) and second side walls (222) that are oppositely spaced apart, relatively. The steel magnets (23) are fixed to the first side walls (221). The thickness of the second side walls (222) is greater than the thickness of the first side walls (221). The linear vibration motor (100) has good vibration performance.
