A liner assembly for a refrigerator and a refrigerator having same. The liner assembly for a refrigerator comprises: a liner, wherein an outer surface of the liner is provided with an inwardly recessed portion which is recessed towards an inner side thereof, and a liner surface used for forming a side wall of the inwardly recessed portion comprises a mounting face, which is provided with a through-hole; a matching member, which is positioned at the through-hole and protrudes out of the mounting face, wherein the matching member is provided with a matching hole, which is in communication with the through-hole; and an air-return pipe, which passes through the matching hole and the through-hole, and extends into the inner side of the liner. The liner assembly for a refrigerator in the present utility model makes a sealing process between the liner and the air-return pipe simpler, such that the sealing effect between the air-return pipe and the liner is better. Furthermore, the sealing means in the present solution is suitable for a liner with a complex structure.
