SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention teaches certain benefits in construction and use which give rise to the objectives described below.

The present invention provides a combination liner device and underwear pant for facilitating sexual activity, with embodiments for both men and women. The liner device is formed of a thin sheet of flexible material, preferably between 16 and 25 microns in thickness, and made of polyethylene or other fluid impermeable material, with a lubricant layer of water soluble lubricating jelly on the interior surface. The liner device is designed for use with an underwear pant of a fabric material such as cotton as

used, for instance with, boxer shorts or panties. The liner device is worn under the boxers or panties and wraps around the male genitals or over the female genitals. The liner device extends under the waistband of the underwear pant for securing the liner device in place during the sexual activity. The invention preferably further including an anal insert attached to the liner device. The anal insert is formed for inserting into the anus, thereby increasing the sexual stimulation and further securing the pouch in place for sexual activity.

A primary objective of the present invention is to provide a lubricated, loose fitting liner device which covers a user's genitals having advantages not taught by the prior art.

Another objective is to provide a liner device which is held in place by a person's underwear, thus eliminating the need for any further attachment devices, or requiring the liner device to clamp or adhere to any part of the user's genitals.

A further objective is to provide a device which will contain within the liner device any body fluids, such as ejaculate, protecting the user's clothes and facilitating cleanup after sexual activity.

Another objective is to provide a liner device which is lubricated to enhance physical pleasure when the user's genitals are manipulated and to allow motion to cause sliding stimulation against the genital area.

Other features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following more detailed description, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, which illustrate, by way of example, the principles of the invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The above described drawing figures illustrate the preferred embodiments of the invention, a combination liner device and underwear pant worn by a man or woman for facilitating sexual activity when the intention is to perform such activity while fully clothed and when penetration is not intended. The combination shown in Figs. 1,4,6 and 7 comprises an underwear pant 10A and a pouch 20. The underwear pant 10A typically has a fly opening 11 and a waistband 12A for tightly encircling the man's waist 14A. The underwear pant 10A preferably is an ordinary cotton boxer shorts.

The pouch 20 is formed of a thin sheet of flexible material, preferably polyethylene. The pouch 20 is preferably 12inches wide by 16 inches long, and approximately 16 to 25 microns thick, although other thicknesses will provide similar results. However, it has been discovered that 16 micron film provides superb flexibility, adequate strength and sufficient tactile stimulation, while other thicknesses fail to provide an optimum in these properties. The pouch 20 has an interior surface 22 defining an access aperture 24 at one end 26 of the pouch 20. The interior surface 22 is covered by a lubricant layer 28. The lubricant layer 28 is preferably a water soluble lubricating jelly such as KYTM jelly. The pouch 20 is worn under the underwear pant 10A and encloses the man's penis 2 and scrotum 4. The access aperture 24 extends around the intersection of the man's lower abdomen 6 with the man's penis 2 and scrotum 4. The pouch 20 extends under the waistband 12A of the underwear pant 10A for securing the pouch 20 in place during sexual activity. The lubricant layer 28 eases the friction created by the sexual activity and allows the pouch to slide on the penis and abdomen. The pouch 20 and the penis 2 may or may not extend outwardly through the fly opening 11 in the underwear pant 10A for receiving sexual manipulation while allowing a penis ejaculate (not shown) to be captured within the pouch 20. This configuration is especially designed for"lap

dancing,"in which intercourse is simulated while the man is fully clothed and the sexual partner sits on the man's lap and moves genitalia in mutual contact..

In an alternative preferred embodiment, the invention further including an anal insert 30 formed of a supple rubber, for inserting into the anus 8 of the man, thereby increasing the sexual stimulation experienced by the man. A closed end 29 of the pouch 20 is gathered and attached to the anal insert 30 by a bonding agent or mechanical means well known in the art. As shown in Fig. 6, when the pouch 20 is tucked under the waist band 12A and the closed end 29 is secured to the anal insert 30 which is inserted into the anus 8, the pouch 20 is securely held in place during sexual activity wherein considerable movement occurs and it is desired to assure that the access aperture 24 is secured against the abdomen during such activity The invention, in an alternate embodiment, provides a combination liner device 40 and underwear pant 10B worn by a woman for facilitating sexual activity. As with the previous embodiment, the combination comprises an underwear pant 10B having a waistband 12B for tightly encircling the woman's waist 14B. In this embodiment, however, the liner device 40 is a single thin sheet of flexible material having one surface covered by a lubricant layer 42. This is adequately illustrated in Fig. 2. The liner device 40 is worn over the sex organs of the woman 3with the lubricant layer 42 in contact with the sex organs 3. The liner device 40 extends under the waistband 12B of the underwear pant 10B for securing the liner device 40 in place during the sexual activity. The lubricant layer 42 eases the friction developed by the sexual activity and allows the liner device 40 to move on the genitalia. The female version of the invention includes an anal insert 30 formed of a supple rubber for inserting into the anus 8 of the woman. One end 44 of the liner device 40 is gathered and attached to the anal insert 30 in the same manner as described above. When the liner device 40 is tucked under the waist band 12B and one end 44 is secured to the anal insert 30 which is inserted into the anus 8, the liner device 40 is securely held in place for sexual activity.

In its preferred embodiment, the pouch 20 and the liner device 40 of both of the male and female versions of the above described invention are fan folded, as shown in Fig. 3, for

ease of access and use. The fan folding is created by folding the pouch 20 or liner device 40 back and forth in approximately one inch increments to form a series of folds 46 until a single strip 22 inches long and approximately 1 inch wide, or other preferred size, is formed. A shown in Fig. 3, the pouch 20 can be further folded lengthwise. Thus, the invention can be stored in a package which is only a few inches long and one inch wide.

The lubricant layer 28 or 42 is either pre-applied to the invention, or they are included in a separate container with instructions to the user as to how to apply the lubricant layer 28 and 42.

A further embodiment of the liner device may be used, again, in combination with the underwear pant 10A for a male, and is shown in Figs. 9 and 10, although in these figures the underwear pant is not illustrated, but the underwear pant 10A is used in combination with the liner device in an identical manner as shown in Figs. 6-8. In this further embodiment the underwear pant 10A has a waistband 12A for tightly encircling the man's waist. The liner device 20 is made of a thin sheet flexible material, such as polyethylene, formed as a pouch defining a pouch interior volume 100 enclosed by an outer wall 110 comprising a front wall portion 120 and a rear wall portion 130, as best seen in Fig. 9. The front wall portion 120 provides an area portion 140 thereof for puncturing. This area portion is generally defined by the phantom circle shown, and such a puncturing may be advantageously made at any location in that general surface area. A hole 150 forms a penile access aperture in the front wall portion 120.

Preferably, the thin sheet flexible material is of such consistency and strength as to enable manual penetration in the area portion 140 for forming the penile access aperture at the point of use of this product. Such manual penetration would typically be made by hand-tearing the plastic sheet or by pulling-off an attached tab adhered to the surface of the sheet. The pouch further has an interior partition 170 of the thin sheet flexible material, the interior partition 170 dividing the pouch interior volume 100 into a front chamber 100F accessible through the penile access aperture or hole 160, and a rear chamber 100R isolated from the penile access aperture 150 by the interior partition 170.

Preferably, the pouch further provides a pair of hand access apertures 180 and 190, one of the hand access apertures 180 providing access to the front chamber 100F, the other of

the hand access apertures 190 providing access to the rear chamber 100R, and these apertures are preferably side by side as shown in Fig. 9. The pouch provides a bottom seam 200 in positional opposition to the pair of hand access apertures 180,190, the bottom seam 200 joining the front 120 and rear 130 wall portions and the interior partition 170.

Preferably, the penile access aperture 150 is positionable and sized for accepting a male genitalia (not shown) therethrough while, at the same time, the pair of hand access apertures 180,190 are positionable between the waistband 12A of the underwear pant 10A and the man's waist so as to enable stabilization of the position of the liner device while it is worn, under the pant 10A, and also effective closure of the hand access apertures 180,190 when the liner device is captured by the waist band.

Preferably, the liner device further includes a means for closure of the hand access apertures 180,190 when the pouch is reversed, as shown in Fig. 10, by drawing the bottom seam 200 of the pouch upwardly through the other of the hand access apertures 190 thereby enclosing the penile access aperture 150 within the liner device. Such closure means, as shown in Fig. 9 may consist of a folded-over apron 210 on one or both of the edges of the front panel 120 and the partition 170, as well as an extended flap 220.

When the pouch is reversed (turned inside-out) as shown in Fig. 10, the apron (s) 210 are reversed also, being then inwardly directed so as to enable the rear panel 130 to be folded under, one or even both of the aprons 220 for sealing the pouch. In use a user's ejaculate (not shown) is captured in the forward chamber 100F, and when the pouch is reversed, the ejaculate is captured within the liner device so that ejaculate and other body fluids of sexual activity are safely contained for disposal.

While the invention has been described with reference to at least one preferred embodiment, it is to be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited thereto. Rather, the scope of the invention is to be interpreted only in conjunction with the appended claims.
