Abstract:
Disclosed are a lining material for a non-metallic flexible composite pipe and a preparation method therefor. The lining material comprises the following material components in mass percentage: 89.5-99.4 wt% of a polymer matrix, 0.5-10 wt% of inorganic particles, and 0.1-0.5 wt% of an antioxidant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) providing the raw materials: weighing the raw materials in mass percentage for later use; (2) blending and plasticizing: adding the inorganic particles, the polymer matrix and the antioxidant into a twin-screw extruder or a mixer and extruded or mixed at a temperature from 190°C to 360°C, followed by extruding out and cooling for later use; and (3) granulating: subjecting the blended and plasticized material obtained in step (2) to granulation in a granulating apparatus, thus obtaining the lining material for a non-metallic flexible composite pipe. By means of modification, the inorganic particles are evenly dispersed in the polymer matrix. Thus, the resulting lining material for a non-metallic flexible composite pipe has enhanced corrosion resistance, barrier properties, mechanical performance and heat resistance.
